What type of future development would you like to see within Priority Area 1?
I support Retail Development in area 1. I live near area 1. I do not want our neighborhoods to become busy with non-residents and traffic for an E-Bart. San Ramon has had a lot of increased crime due to the E-Bart station. We should focus on the needs of Brentwood residents first and foremost.

Of primary importance would be availability of two offices full time with other spaces available on as needed basis- most likely need 3 spaces once a week in addition to the two full time spaces. Also need small conference room availability infrequently.

What type of future development would you like to see within Priority Area 1?
I would love to see the area attract a professional/high tech firm(s) with a combination of offices, high density housing, restaurants, and a campus feel (like a Chevron San Ramon area). The entire planned community, office and retail area would give a welcoming vision as someone enters Brentwood from the west.

What type of future development would you like to see within Priority Area 1?
Perhaps consider bringing in corporate type businesses where all employees are high wage earners and are capable of purchasing homes in Brentwood vs service industry jobs that don't pay enough for the average worker to afford a home in Brentwood. Drawing in large, corporate businesses would allow employees to live AND work in Brentwood, creating a lunch hour crowd that would promote/support the current local service industry jobs (restaraunts, etc), begin to reverse the trend of Brentwood becoming a bedroom community, and encourage a strong sense of community when people are not spending hours each day commuting to far way jobs.
