Are there any additional comments you would like to share?
1) As a single retired person (68) I do produce very little waste - one about 5 g /10-15 Lbs bag per 2-3 weeks. Respectively I pay about $1.25/w or $62/y. With new program I have to pay 3.3 times more. It should be at least 3 different programs depends on family size. Then every one will be charged equally and proportionally to the wast generated.

2) Why do I need 60 (?) g container; I knew reasons why, but I see all changes, including cost raise, for sake of business. I would be happy with max 10 g container and pay extras if I exceed it.

3) On top of excessive volume, weight, size of the new container I have to organize place to keep it out of eyes. A container shack I have to buy and install. It will make my front yard ugly, to reach my garage I have to walk around condo complex for at least 200 y, moving down of slop. So far I am not on medical assistance program - but time is moving fast.

4) In new program sufficient list of recycling items are not allowed anymore. The Drop-Off Recycling Program is good - I will use it, hopefully, for some years, but some elderly people would prefer to pay for pickup as before with stickers. Living in UA for 21 y, I suspect that majority of people would prefer old way of recycling - stickers. And cost of stickers is good regulator.
5) I am definitely not happy with new solid wast program. It is for sake of a business in stead of people. Normal pace of services cost raise of 10-20% per/y is normal as it was before with stickers and 3 time increase with questionable advantages for people is not good, cost raise is disproportional and not reasonable.
6) I would look for environmental aspects of this new program. A few dozen tons of new plastic will be made (already distributed among of citizen of UA), a few tons of likely usable plastic containers will be wasted. Possibly, hundreds if not thousands of shack will be constructed waist of plastic/wood, territories, and resources. All together, the program causes wast of nature, resources and a unproven burden of people.
Sorry for my poor English

Allow unlimited pick-up for trash at the curb, even if a standardized container is used for trash

No Color Preference

Keep requirements, type services the same....requiring a certain color and size container is an unnecessary cost particularly if forced to purchase from trash removal company. Give an option to opt out of trade service altogether...

PLEASE, NO MORE TRASH STICKERS. We moved here from out of state, and I couldn’t believe UA used stickers. So inconvenient!!

In terms of limiting he trash to the container, I believe if people collect more trash than what fits in the container should be able to purchase an additional container and that trash should get picked up at no extra charge. No trash should be picked up outside of the containers.

I highly prefer uniform waste containers for all residents. This will make the community much tidier. While we appreciate access to the Roberts Rd yard waste facility, we really look forward to curbside yard waste collection. Curbside bulk pickup is also a definite positive. Thank you for eliminating the trash sticker program.

I would prefer a monthly electronic pay option. Most garages in UA are single or small and the sizes of the standardized containers being discussed are too big for most garages. Which means big trash cans on the outside of the house and visible to the street. This would not be nice looking. Consider a smaller standardized can option if standardized is what the city has decided to do.
