Introduction
The Center for Priority Based Budgeting™ has identified six results that the City of Delray Beach strives to achieve. Your role is to put a "value" on the results that you think are most important to the City of Delray Beach.
For this challenge/exercise, you are to imagine having $500 to invest in achieving Delray Beach's results. Where would you invest your money to achieve what is most important? You can distribute the funds evenly to all of the sub-results or you can invest your money toward the achievement of various sub-results emphasizing those which are most important to you.
By investing $0 in any sub-result (or any Result), you are literally informing the City that from your perspective, they should stop providing services of any kind that meet that sub-result. Even a "small" investment in a sub-result indicates your belief that the City should strive to achieve the sub-result, even if it isn't your top priority.
