State law requires the City of Palo Alto to develop goals for electric energy efficiency savings for the next 10 years. These goals are to be redeveloped every three years and forwarded to the California Energy Commission. Should the City Council approve the proposed 2010 Ten-Year Electric EE Plan with a goal, double that set in 2007, to save 7.2% of the electric needs of the City by 2020?
