What type of future development would you like to see within Priority Area 1?
I believe more transit is needed & ebart to get some people out of their cars & maybe on to ebart. With all the new homes being built, the traffic on our streets are getting really heavy.

Would love a Texas Roadhouse (Better than current choices) or Golden Corral in Brentwood.

Retail and restaurants. Brentwood does not need any more housing. There are enough houses in this area what we need more of is restaurants and retail to support the growth that has already happened here in Brentwood.

What type of future development would you like to see within Priority Area 1?
Ideally, there would be more infrastructure improvements before you continue building anywhere in Brentwood. The commute through Vasco road is already bad enough with the single lane and adding anything more that would increase this would be short sighted and be a burden for those that live here now and will continue to keep property values lower than what they can be by opening up the commute opportunities making Brentwood more appealing to the High Tech people in Silicon Valley.
