Help us determine priorities as we plan for the future of Brentwood with the Priority Area 1 Specific Plan.
YOUR INPUT IS IMPORTANT – WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW YOUR FEELINGS ABOUT FUTURE DEVELOPMENT IN BRENTWOOD!
PRIORITY AREA 1 SPECIFIC PLAN
The City of Brentwood is preparing a land use and zoning plan for Priority Area 1 (PA-1), an approximately 431 acre area located on each side of Highway 4, between Lone Tree Way and Sand Creek Road.
Nearly 250 acres of PA-1 is designated by the General Plan for a mix of predominantly jobs-generating and commercial uses with integrated medium to very high density residential development. This area is envisioned to be served by mass transit through a transit village and/or extension of eBART.
The General Plan calls for other types of future development in PA-1, including regional commercial, very high density residential, and public facilities. The specific plan will designate future land uses and development regulations for all of the properties in PA-1.
However, your input is desired. Your ideas and opinions are needed by the plan’s working group, as they start their planning for the future of this important area.
