The streets of this community are narrow and twisted. These streets are of the same nature of those which caused loss of life and property during the conflagration in the Oakland hills. The regular power outages and dangers which are inherent in the nature of our geography would be non-existent if the community would come together and authorize funding for undergrounding utilities throughout the town. For both safety, survival of our community members, aesthetics and property values, shouldn't all utilities be moved beneath ground?
