What independent retailers and restaurants would you like to see in Downtown’s first mixed-use development, the State Street project?
On November 4, 2014, the Fremont City Council approved the State Street project, Downtown Fremont’s first mixed-use development. The project will be breaking ground Summer 2016 and will include 157 multi-family residential units and approximately 21,000 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurant space directly along Capitol Avenue.
TMG Partners and Sares Regis, the project development team, are currently working with a brokerage team to identify independent retailers and restaurants that would be a good fit with the community. An interest list for potential restaurants and retail uses for these spaces is being formed. The goal is to ultimately create a unique and vibrant Downtown experience.
We are interested in your suggestions regarding which independent restaurants and retailers you would like to see in Downtown Fremont. Suggestions via Fremont Open City Hall will be shared with the brokerage team.
