Introduction
The State mandates that each town or city in California provide a certain amount of land that accommodates high density housing development. The Town currently meets this State mandate through land designated for high density housing in the Old Town Specific Plan (all areas in the Specific Plan Area with the exception of Old Town Highway Commercial).
