I don't think the restrictions in the Nov. resolution should be implemented, but issues regarding how density bonuses are applied to mixed-use development should be examined.

I would, essentially, go along with whatever recommendations are made by the professional City staff, but would it not be better to postpone the issue until we have the results of Prop. 90?
