During your first year, we provide Open City Hall at a fixed monthly price based on your community population. During this time you'll be able to monitor overall usage to help you plan for subsequent years.

Staff Support Services
To supplement the end-user support services bundled with Open City Hall, Peak Democracy provides outstanding support to the government agency staff administering Open City Hall. Delivered via web-meeting, phone and/or email, our support services reduce your in-house staffing requirements to a minimum.
Launch Services
To help ensure a successful launch of your first Open City Hall topic, Peak Democracy can:

Topic Management Services
Starting with your first Open City Hall topic, our topic management services can reduce your ongoing staffing requirements to less than one hour per topic - just email us the topic question and introduction (e.g., from staff reports), and we take care of the rest, including:
